The ongoing revolution

We think the American Revolution stopped with the dethroning of King George, but if we look around clearly we can see that it has just shifted to a psychological, even spiritual level where the institutional powers are still falling. If you want a key word to find this insight, then type in the words INTERACTION in your supermind.

No longer are we satisfied to be passive consumers of the four Ds—dogmas, doctrines, decrees and decisions— from the authorities and experts. As you go down the list of traditional authorities, the revolution of INTERACTION is everywhere breaking their walls down. We want to be our own authority now— from do-it-yourself in medicine, law, home improvement, publishing, reporting, education, and even religion—and once the power of personal creation feels the wind at its back there is no institutional wall that can stand power in the hands of the people. The new people power is NETWORKING. If you are reading this on FaceBook, then welcome to the new chapter.

The final bastion is, of course, religion and our idea of God and power. Are we created creators dependent upon the whim of God, or are we legitimate co-creators with the power of God, able to create with our own intention the world we wish to live in. Does God need us just as we need Him, or are we just fallen creatures trying to be good for a few favors, but always left with the thought that we’re not measuring up? There is a revolution going on in the world as our map of who we are and who God is shifts our reality under our very feet.

We are at the end of the old mythology where power is displaced and kept safe in the institutions for our own good. We are at the end of the old idea that we are not deserving of a role in the creation of the universe in which we live. Quantum physics has already broken the mythology that the observing mind is separate from the observed and that matter is pure energy without form, space and time, now the shift is coming to common sense as our out-dated map of reality fails to explain what is.
